Invitation to the Yuva Shakti New Year Seminar in Russia 2010

Jai Shri Mataji!

Dear brothers and sisters,

We are glad to invite all of you to the New Year Yuva Shakti Seminar which will take place from December 31, 2009 to January 5, 2010. All yuvas will live in a comfortable children’s camp which is situated in the picturesque place near Togliatti in a beautiful forest on the bank of the Volga River to share happiness with each other and to give joy to our Holy Mother.

Program of the Seminar

December 31, 2009

• Grand opening of the Seminar, Shri Adi Shakti Puja 
• New Year Music Program, bhajans, kawwalies, a dance trip through the countries of Virata, festive dinner and lots of New Year surprises.

January 1, 2010

• Meditation, morning exercises, shoebeating, footsoak in the Volga River (if somebody wants ) 
• Workshop “The Joy of Spreading Sahaja Yoga”
• Workshop “The Work with Vibrations”
• Preparation of the collective present for Shri Mataji and Sir CP
• Evening meditation, a video with Shri Mataji’s talk

January 2

• Meditation, morning exercises, shoebeating, cleaning treatments 
• Collective bhajan learning with the help of progressive technologies
• Children’s holiday: “Wake up, Yuva Shakties!”, Shri Ganesha Puja
• Dance master-class
• Preparation of the collective present for Shri Mataji and Sir CP
• Evening music program

January 3

• Meditation, morning exercises, shoebeating, music therapy 
• Preparation for public programs
• Shri Krishna Puja, Raksha bandan
• Collective dance with sticks

January 4

• Meditation, morning exercises, shoebeating 
• Public programs in Togliatti City
• Discussion of the results of the Seminar, presentation of Russian and worldwide Sahaj projects 2010
• Farewell music program

January 5

• departure, home sweet home
