On September 26-27, 2009, one more Self-Realization Tour was held on Ryazansky land (a Russian Region not far from Moscow). It has become a tradition to organize one program in one of the towns of the Region on Saturday and a second one – in the main city of the region.

This time, the Town of Mikhailov became the place where Sahaja Yogis from different cities met. By 2 pm Sahaja Yogis from Ryazan, Voronezh, Kolomna, Kostroma and Murom had arrived at the Culture Centre of the town. The program was to begin at 4 pm. And before the program the ones who were interested had an opportunity to taste some sweet dishes of Indian cuisine and tea with spices cooked with much love by Ryazan’ sisters. In the same place, in the hall of the Culture House, an exotic (for local people) thing was taking place: drawing on palms with henna (mehndi). One of the sisters dressed in a sari skillfully and without any tiredness was covering the palms of those who wanted with beautiful patterns. And there were lots of interested people, not fewer than in front of the tables with Indian sweet things.

For about 2 hours the combined music ensemble “Sangeet Ananda” (Sahaja Yogis from Voronezh and Kolomna) were telling the audience about the culture of India, its music and philosophy, the knowledge of the subtle body and the unique method of self-knowledge.
